We are very pleased to welcome Dominic Veall as the new Musical Director for the One Tree Hill Choir.
Dominic is a musical director, pianist, singer, composer, and arranger holding first class honour degrees in music and composition from King’s College London and Trinity Laban Conservatoire.
He has had works performed by ensembles including the BBC Singers, the orchestra of Opera North, as well as the various vocal and instrumental ensembles he has formed and directed over the years. He has also been published as an arranger with Novello and Hal Leonard.
He holds extensive choral experience, formerly being the director of music and organist of St Augustine’s church in Whitton, and priorly holding choral scholarships at St Martin-in-the-Fields and various other London churches, having started out as chorister (and then head chorister) at Leicester Cathedral.
More recently he can be found leading music curriculum, choirs and productions across various London primary schools and musically directing theatre shows for London theatre societies, alongside maintaining a busy career as a freelance singer and musical director/pianist.
